Refund policy

We have a 14-day money back return policy, which means you have 14 days from delivery date of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning; it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The 14-day money-back guarantee for the Fetal Doppler only works when the device is clearly defective and the purchased at-home doppler does not show readings. It's normal if the doppler device doesn't pick up the heartbeat at early pregnancy stages. Please make sure you wait till week 12-14. A good way to see if the device works is to test it to pick up your own heartbeat. If it does pick up your heartbeat, it suggests the device works. This money-back guarantee does not work when the device is working fine but the customer finds it not suitable for their needs or changes their mind.

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for paying return label if the return is accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request evidence of the device being defective to meet the return criteria.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

All sales are final, and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or returns for orders due to a change of mind. However, if you decide to return your product within 14 days of receiving it, we can provide store credit for the purchase amount. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for this option. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. You will however be eligible for store credit. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded. Once approved, we will refund you the purchase price (at the time of order). Please arrange your shipment back to us and let us know the tracking number to get your refund on time.
